Stamp the Ocean Paint Program (pc)

Download the file, oceanscene.exe (2.28 MB) and install stampocean.exe on your computer. The program includes 4 ocean backgrounds and 53 graphic files to use as stamps. The stamps include whales, dolphins, sharks, fish, seahorses, kelp, plants, crabs, eel, octopus, squid, etc.
You can use additional clip art files as stamps.
You also have the option to print the completed picture.
