| Printable Coloring Page - Marlin The blue marlin is a large open sea (pelagic) fish. Marlins are billfish with large upper jaws. The blue marlin is the largest of the billfish, which includes sailfish, spearfish, and the broadbill swordfish. Blue marlins can weigh up to 2000 pounds. They prefer warm waters near the surface. They feed on other pelagic fish and mammals, such as tuna, mackerel, and small dolphins. Marlins are a popular game fish, and there are annual Marlin tournaments where ever they thrive.
