Resource Page - Bat: The Flying Mammal Although there are some other mammals that have winged hands, the bat is the only mammal that can truly fly. It flies up and down by flapping the membrane between its body and its last finger. It moves forward or, in the case of some bats, backwards by moving the membrane between the fingers. Print the worksheet by clicking on the "Print" button below. (Do not try to print the activity page from the browser's menu. That will print the entire page and not just the worksheet.) The page is designed to print to the size of the paper width-wise. After pressing the "Print" button, the dialogue should appear, set the printer's orientation to "Landscape."
